Hello my lovely friends. If this works, then I guess I am doing this right! :) Here is a nice list that I found in my Oprah mag. It might give us a few ideas when the going gets tough.

I just got my Oprah mag in the mail and saw the list on the cover. I haven't actually read the magazine yet, as it is so darn meaty, I have to set down at the table and get serious.
